Free Wellness Program Starting in January for People at Higher Risk for Diabetes

Orientation sessions will be held for new Diabetes Prevention Program groups starting in January 2019. The DPP is a best-practice program for people who are at high risk for getting type 2 diabetes.
You may be at high risk if you can answer yest to three or more of these questions: Older than 40? Have a close family member who has diabetes? Have high blood pressure? Are not physically active? Are overweight? Have ever been diagnosed with gestational diabetes? Are older than 45?
